My Unitarian Jihad Name is: Brother/Sister Atom Bomb of Reflection. What's yours?
Many cultures, Native American nations come to mind, allow people to change their names as they grow. Sitting Bull's childhood name was "Slow," because of his slow, deliberate nature. Later, his father, named Sitting Bull, gave his name to Slow and took another name for himself.

Sister Joyous Fist Of Joy.
That was the first one that came up. I cycled through several others but this one seemed to fit so I'm going with it.
My Wu-Tang Clan name is Dubious Mastabatuh X.
I've wondered about what name I would choose for myself if I needed to change it for some reason. I've never come up with anything suitable. I didn't have too much trouble choosing my kid's names. Why is it so hard to pick one for me?
I once knew a woman who would change her name every few years because she got bored with the old one. What a pain in the ass she was. If you didn't call her by her new name she'd get all bent out of shape. Idiot.

Back when I was doing a lot of online chatting there were people who'd constantly change their nics and then get all huffy if you didn't "recognize" them.
Sheesh.
I just stick to Howlin' Hobbit because that's what the majority of people know me by offline as well as on.
It helps protect my few remaining brain cells from further confusion.

The Garrote of Courteous Debate
Damn, it's scary how accurate it is for me. And it really was the first one that came up.
Now and forevermore call me Brother Pepper Spray of Love.
Donita's name seems redundant to me.
Oh yeah? C'mere and I'll show you what this joyous fist is all about.
Oh joy!
I am Brother Hand Grenade of Non-Dualism, which is fine by me, but the acronym (BHGOND) don't spreek too well.
I like the acronym BABOR.
Rise up and siddown!
This artist lady that I know recently changed her name from Karen to Karon, with a long "o" sound. I am told that hse did this to honor another artist who is also a Holocaust survivor. I want to admire this, I really do. But it seems to me that a better way to honor holocaust survivors would be to remember out loud. Especially when someone tells you that it didn't happen, or it wasn't as bad as people say, or that it isn't important anymore. That, and remind people of Rwanda and Darfur and give to charitable organizations that help those countries.
